Job: Customer Services Assistant

With your service-oriented attitude, you help Samskip’s customers on their way. In your new job as a customer service assistant at Nor Lines International AS, you're based in Trondheim, Norway. Here you receive and process questions from our customers. You're the ideal person for this job.

In this full-time role as a customer service assistant in Trondheim, you are our customers' point of contact. You receive and process questions and complaints from customers, and you ensure they are given the right solution or advice quickly and efficiently. As our customer service assistant:
  • you process outstanding claims;
  • you seek out the best solutions for the customer and cost-saving measures for the department;
  • you remain in close contact with other departments and brokers;
  • you process pricing enquiries;
  • you help the department with other matters as required.

  • completed your studies in the field of logistics and transport;
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the transport industry;
  • computer skills;
  • excellent command of Norwegian and English.
